CAYA FREIA

	(Febo Fleming del Citone - Come As You Are Alabama) date of birth: December 21, 2000
According to German Encyclopaedia "Der Große Duden", published 1936 in Leipzig, FREIA is the name of the Nordic Goddess of Love. Other sources tell that FREIA is also the Old German Goddess of Fertility. Therefore we took this pretty and significant name FREIA for our puppy.

Freia’s show career:

The IDC championship 2001 in France was the very first show for Freia. Junior class was very big with almost 30 young females (from 6-9 months). We were very happy that our Freia was picked for the honor ring and became IDC Junior Vice-Winner 2001. Many breeders at the show found Freia an outstanding beauty due to her lovely head and expression. She had lots of power and strength, but also much of elegance. In the honor ring she was placed as second.

In the spring 2002 Freia was entered for the second time. It was an International Show in Yugoslavia. Freia won her first CAC & CACIB titles at age of only 17 months. Soon we won one more CAC & Res.CACIB in YU and our next big show was Slovakian Grand Prix Show "Golden Dobermann 2002".

In Slovakian Grand Prix Show "Golden Dobermann 2002" Freia was Open class winner (V1, CAC) and unofficial Vice Club Winner

"Golden Dobermann Grand-Prix 2002", Slovakia

Slovakian Dobermann Club organized a very nice and big show in July 2002. It was called "Golden Dobermann" as BOB and BOS dogs won very small golden Dobermann figures. More than 140 Dobermanns from 15 countries have been entered in the show. The judges were: Mr. Hans Wiblishauser (black males), Mr. P. Pezzano (black females) and Mr. G. Ehrenreich (all browns).

Freia was V1, CAC in Open class, while her cousin CAYA Blaze was V2. Later, in the honor ring Freia was beaten for the Club Winner title. The winner was the same young and very nice female that beat us in the honor ring in Paris, at the IDC show 2001, when Freia was Vice IDC Junior winner.

Our last important show in 2002 was the IDC show in Desio, Italy. It will be remembered as the biggest Dobermann show ever, with 774 catalogue entries. Freia was presented in big Open class (total 47 entries in the class). Mr. Bullo chose 6 best females, including our girl Freia. Although many biggest Dobermann experts were delighted with Freia's charm and beauty, Mr. Bullo didn't pick her in 4 best.

In 2003 Freia was presented in CACIB Budapest Show, where she won CAC & CACIB titles, while her sister Feba won res.CACIB.

IDC 2003

The same year in September we took a participation in one more show, of course it was the big IDC Championship 2003 in Slovakia. Freia was presented in big Open class again, and she was picked in Top Ten. The judge was Mr. Schuller from Germany.

Our last show was the special dobermann show "VI Dobermann Cup Novi Sad" in Serbia. There was more than 110 entries from Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Bosnia and Romania. The judge was Mr. Rozenberg from Russia and Freia became Club Winner and Best Black female.
